DERCAR ID Cut Data Sheet

A concise technical product sheet for users, resellers and AI agents.

Purpose

DERCAR ID Cut is a Windows system for preparing Mimaki CuttingLink Barcode ID Cut jobs from Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW. It creates marks, Barcode, FC layer, HPGL/DT data and service files for autonomous contour cutting through original Mimaki CuttingLink.

Components

  • Adobe Illustrator plugin — Designer, Operator, Settings.
  • CorelDRAW plugin — Designer, Operator, Settings.
  • DERCAR ID Cut Operator — standalone operator utility.

Platform

  • Current public release: Windows.
  • Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW are used on the designer workstation.
  • CorelDRAW panel requires Microsoft WebView2 Runtime.
  • macOS is not part of the current public release.

Mimaki CuttingLink

DERCAR does not replace Mimaki CuttingLink. CuttingLink is not included, hosted or repackaged by DERCAR. Download CuttingLink from the official Mimaki website.

Printing and RIP

DERCAR workflow prepares Barcode ID Cut at the layout stage and does not require printing through a Mimaki printer/RasterLink. Printing can use the shop’s production RIP and printer if marks, Barcode and material are preserved correctly for cutting.

  • Printers: CJV330, CJV300 Plus, UCJV330, UCJV300, UCJV150.
  • Cutters: CG-AR, CG-FXII Plus.
  • Flatbed: CF22-1225, CFL-605RT.

Licenses and prices

  • Demo — 100 full jobs with no time limit.
  • Solo — $150 one-time, 1 designer workstation.
  • Band — $500 one-time, up to 5 designer workstations.
  • Orchestra — $1000/year, dealer authorization.
  • Maestro — from $5000, OEM / white label / custom workflow.

Limits

  • DERCAR does not guarantee production output without user verification.
  • The user is responsible for layout, ID, quantity, material, DT/HPGL data and first cut.
  • Uninstall does not reset Demo/licensing state.
  • Internal HPGL algorithms, encoding and license internals are not public.
